First, log into your CPanel account and go to the "Email Accounts" Section.
Once there, locate the account you wish to change the quota for an click on "Quota"

This will open a new box where you can set the new account disk usage limit in MB

Once you've set the new account limit, just click "Save" and you're done :-)
